One thing I missed when I quit was that when it wasn't busy, you could pull your car into the wash bay and clean it up. I like washing my car myself because the people you pay to do it never do as good a job as I do, but where I live there's not a hose to wash a car with. Plus I don't have all the nice car wash materials. And if the car preps weren't busy they'd usually help you dry it or wash the windows.
I miss that part of ERAC every time I pay for a car wash and they leave it all dripping and spotty.
