I really work an 8-5 job yet I take full responsibility for the operation. I'll on some occasions visit branches. Why would I be ashamed of having an operation where I have hundreds of employees working for me while I'm making a six figure income and have the best benefits at a Fortune 100 company? What is wrong with that?

Yet, you go on and enjoy your 7-3 job because Walmart jobs like that are rewarding too. You just can't compete with The Kingfish in GP 62 like me, so stop hating on success.

Doesn't matter what company you are in. It matters on what you do while you are there. Make the most of it Mr. Consultant. I'm happy where I am at. Are you?

I don't even know why I came to this site other than to see if it's still the same at ERAC. You notice that when I say something truthfull, your nutz starts a personal attack on someone he doesn't even know. Playing "quarterback" is not that great when it comes to renting cars. When it comes to your own business (don't tell me ERAC is like an MBA) or telling companies what they need to do in order to improve profits (not the same as telling your trainees to cook the books), then you can say you are a quarterback of Peyton Manning calibur. But, as of now, you aren't even Rex Grossman in my mind. Do you really think of success in terms of money? what accomplishments do you have? Outside of ERAC, have you ever won a community award? A chamber of commerce award? Any award in any business periodical? When you really take a look at your accomplishments, all you can say is that you make six figures renting cars....oh, I'm sorry, you're better than that. You TELL people to rent cars. Back to the stupid QB statement you made, Rex Grossman went to the super bowl based on the talents around him. That's all you are. People around you busting their ass working 56 hours a week to make around 30k/year in hopes of one day becoming an asshole like you. It's really pathetic if you think about that scheme.

"having other people do the work". wow, I'm not political at all, but that sounds like a pretty liberal democrat taking welfare when he doesn't need to. Do you think successful people really think like that? You can make some money, sure, but you will never be successful when you rely on someone else for your livelihood. It's not the size of a wallet that makes a man successful. Pretty simple moral stuff here. I'm pretty happy right now. I get to leave the country every week or so for a project. I get to travel business class and stay in the nicest hotels while being looked upon by actual business people as the expert in changing their business models. You have no idea what successful minds are like. You live the greatest ERAC statement of them all, "fake it until you make it".
