you know i read about all this bad stuff at enterprise and if it was true they would of lost their bussiness license long time ago,but instead they become the largest car rental company in the world,they are very courteous and treat customers like they should,i have rented 100 cars from them and they are the best rental car place on the planet and im proud to be a customer at enterprise.if you people truly had a complaint you would not put it on this site youd be telling the manager to get real results.nothing can get resolved placing stupid ads on here about the best place on the planet,if you was treated bad you may of deserved it,if not you would of got it resolved with the branch manager.all you people are complaining cause your ex employess or customers you caused a problem and now you want to tell the world you were done wrong,if you was done wrong then take them to court and let a judge decide,but i really dougbt that its even half as bad as you all say.maybe i will start a website called www.neverfailenterprise.com so everyone can brag about them more than you all complain.so within the next 30 days look for that website and you will see all the good not bad stuff about enterprise.they are so good they even pick up and drop off all customers if they need a ride and no other rental place does that or ever will.
