Maybe you should realize that the only shit you are walking through is the mountain of crap that you created. Blaming someone else for your problems is your lack of dignity and maturity shining through. Try putting your own balls on the line and recognize that you make your own path instead of blaming someone else for making a detour around your previous fuck ups. Holy shit, imagine if you then had to apologize to customers and employees how bad someone else fucked up and have to become responsible for it all!
