if you dont get a lunch break, it has nothing to do with enterprise upper management. it has to do with your current manager. they are responsible for scheduling and maintaining a lunch schedule. and why is it that the MT's/MA's will complain on this website but wont call HR or do something about it. If i were an MT, i would make sure i get a lunch break every day. so quit whining.
