who ever thinks Dylan is hot must be on some kind of drug. Hes a tool that has made it because he licks everyone above him asses. Has anyone ever actually has a conversation with this guy that wasn't about how awesome he thinks himself to be. I wouldn't be surprised if he posted that statement on this site himself.
As for the company itself, get out when you can. Have you ever actually looked at your paycheck? I worked for the prize for about a year and a half. I figured out that working the 49 hours a week, with the "salary" and overtime I only actually made 26,000 BEFORE TAX. Check out your stub next time and do a little math. And for the short time I was an assistant was even worse. First it took a month to get my "pay plain" from Cody Stelly. Then to for the first three paychecks you ALLOT less you made as a MT. Then you might make commission from your branch. All and all the job sucked. I got out and you should too. |
