My area manager from group 01 in '97 showed her ignorance on a daily basis. However, the best was when congress was considering legislation that would allow an employee to take time off for overtime worked in lieu of pay. If you worked one hour of over time you were owed 1.5 hours off within the next 7 days.

I asked Tracy Delahunt (the AM) how Enterprise would cope with that. She stated, "It doesn't matter, we are a private company and not going public anytime soon." I knew then that I was being bossed around by frighteningly ignorant people.
