My demise was taking an AM job in a dead end branch...when I got there no one had been promoted out in 4 years..should have seen the signs I guess. I worked at ERAC for 2 1/2 years..it's a good place to start out of college, but I can't recommend making a career out of it. I have to agree with this post. Andy worked for me in Morehead City and he was a good guy, Justin was also one of the best people I ever worked with at erac. He would do whatever he could to help out.
