If i ever choose to leave Enterprise i won't be one of the whining crybabies boo-hooing at how horribly i was treated. Therein lies the difference. People need to grow up; i guess this is what happens when you hire mostly 21 year olds straight out of school. Good for Enterprise for giving them a shot at a career. It's clearly appreciated.
