Depends on the branch's profitability and the % commision they gave him. I made a lot of money with ECRAP when I was a manager, but I have known others that were in branches that didn't make crap. Now if your brother took 3 years to promote I am thinking he must have some morals and didn't try to get promoted at all costs. This being the case I would suggest he complete his degree while working there then get the hell out. |
