I feel this will do more good here, than a letter to the corporate office. If you think abortions and sex scandals are isolated incidents at ERAC; please allow to me elaborate. I worked in 41GG (SOUTH FLORIDA) several years ago. I left after the reality that sex for promotions was a common practice at ERAC. In other words a former grocery bagger with three months in the company was promoted to AGM and then Branch Manager in another 3 months. I understand the legality of naming specific person(s) however each one of the mangers was promoted and now makes over $300K a year. A certain area manger paid for an abortion between two of his (MT)(S) and numerous sex scandals were common place. The managers use female employees as sex toys and anyone who doesn’t comply will find themselves not promoted or fired. It makes me sick and disgusted. I hope someone/anyone will see this message and hear my warning. Yours Truly A Clear Conscience. |
