The problem with Nat Res was that for some reason people thought managing them was a big rocket science. When branches get all flustered for a last minute reservation, it was their own damn fault, for not planning ahead or communicating with NatRes through their RRM or point person.

NatRes was only doing what the Group, Region, or Area rules were telling them to do.
