Sure, TP might be putting in less work but I also saw enough bullshit at Admin. Even my mentor told me and he was Group's Area Rental Manager. He was exhausted by his work and he had seen his fair share of politics, non-dynamic policies at work.
No one at ERAC puts in 35 hrs a week (unless if you part of family) and btw, I had not seen minorities at the top either. (not that it affecs me but I did think about it).. |
