Well, I think any company would frown if they knew their employees were seeking other employment. However, I don't think they should tell you to go home to "think" about your career at ERAC.
However, many times I was told by Area managers and RRMs on how they were always listening to offers, entertaining them but always stayed with ERAC because you have so much more opportunity than anywhere else. If that was the case, this company should never care if you are looking at other companies because you will always come back to ERAC.
In reality, it's hard to leave because there is no time to search for a new job. You start work before they open and you are still working when they close. |
