In my opinion, the AM is probably the worst position in the whole company. You do everything a MT is supposed to do, and more. The pay???? Yea, sometimes, my MT's used to get better paychecks than I did, due to the overtime they get paid for, where AM's are now strictly salary and commission (which is a joke) |
