Are you kidding me. Has anyone else been frantic calling their ARM telling them, "No one has cars in our city, can you find them somewhere else in the group, I need cars" The ARM "Ya, I will get on that right away."...................meanwhile................ ...................nothing. It is not about planning. The nature of this business is trying to judge "pop flies". Book to what you know and pray that no one else comes in that day. You can't sit fat with 5 cars on the lot waiting for that possible "maybe". In an ideal world that would be great, but at Enterprise you know that your ARM will be looking at your numbers and chewing out your ass. He will tell you to get rid of them to another branch and then just as you do NatRES or your dealership calls up 5 minutes before closing. Happens all the time. Someone who works at a branch tell me I am wrong. Airport doesn't count.
