You know you work for ERAC when you watch the weather and start get even more depressed because it is going to be really cold or really hot and you can't dress for either condition.

Case in point, Midwest enterprises are experiencing sub zero temperatures. I am pretty sure no one was happy strolling in at 6:30 this morning, knowing that every car has been sitting outside for 2 days in below zero temperatures, and every customer expects nice, toasty cars to drive to work in while you freeze your ass off for minimum wage.
