Hmmm…. Well, if I had bought a new car and the muffler began to melt for no apparent reason, I would, at best, utilize the warranty and, at worst, sue. Was that the question?
If it were my car, I would be responsible, as the owner, for keeping to running safely. So why in the F would I think it should be any different for Enterprise?
