In response to the people who say they never get lunches:
The only instances in which I've not taken an actual hour off have been when my branch is short, and my manager ALWAYS pays for our lunch when we do so. It does suck having your meal interrupted by phones/customers though.
Even though it is not a "legal substitute" for a lunch, I'm cool with it and think it's fair if he at least buys my lunch. Maybe you should suggest your manager pay for your lunch, or just get the hell out of this compnay like I will by the end of this month! |
