Probably varies from group to group..

I had a brief in-person interview with the HR girl, then a somewhat longer interview with an area manager at which he did about 75% of the talking about how great ERAC is (for future reference, it's a bad sign when it seems like the interviewer is working harder to sell the job to you than you are to sell yourself to him).

Then I had one last interview with either the Regional Rental Manager or the Regional Vice President (can't remember which one works for the other one, but it was the second in command of those two). This interview was mostly "This job is tough. Most people can't hack it. Can you hack it? CAN YOU?"

Then they offered me a job and the rest, as they say, is history.
