I couldn't agree more with your statement. You are absolutely 100% CORRECT. Instead of being so damn cheap and paying ERAC employees shit money to do shit work, ERAC should compensate better and try to create a better working environment. I mean, I know it's retail customer service, which always can be difficult.

But if ERAC showed it's employees that they value them more by offering competitive wages, it wouldn't be so bad. I don't know how many ERAC employees I've heard make the statement "It would be so bad if we made good money".

I'm sure that ERAC loses way more money trying to save money, since they have to constantly train new people. ALSO, let's think about how compromising ERAC's treatment of employees is to customer satisfaction! Understaffed branches from people quitting, employees who are miserable and don't give a shit, etc.

I even heard that ERAC's employee treatment is catching up to it. I heard through the grape vine that ERAC recruiters have a much harder time at colleeg career fairs now since employees and former employees are spreading the news!
