He says that in his first year he fired everyone; he then replaced then hired a core group of superb managers to mold the rest of his employees to be successful. How is it that this region just continuously cleans house from top to bottom? It makes me sick that I have some of my former area managers and others from Gp20, resumes come accrossed my desk for consideration all the time. The jobs they did after leaving ERAC are a joke: manager @CVS, auto parts marketing for a failing parts supplyer, insurance sales, pyramid companies like Amway. I guess I'm glad that from the day I was hired in I did not buy into the crap they try and convince you of all the time; rather, I just waited for a better job opportunity to roll around after I got my 3-5 years "professional" experience that most jobs require. --If you are quitting this place be smart and you can milk them for an extra 2 to 5 thousand dollars by presenting them with total hours worked as an Asst Mgr where you were not performing manager functions but merely working as an employee under a manager. It is against Michigan law to salary an employee and label them as a manager if they do not perform managerial duties. I think they got scared I might sue and just waived a check in my face as they have done with two other people I know. | Wow, when I saw "burning to the ground" and Detroit in the same sentence, I took it literally! __________________ "McCain will bring a lifetime of experience,Obama will bring a speech that he gave in 2002" -Hillary |
