Sad to see what used to be a great region falling apart. I have to disagree (somewhat) with the previous post regarding what former eracers are doing now. There were some pretty damn good leaders (rvp, rrm, arms, and bms) who have gone on to bigger and better things. They were underappreciated at erac and are better off with their new careers. I would worry more for the idiots there now that have run what used to be a good region right into the ground...... They will probably get replaced; their replacements will clean house; the new team will ultimately struggle and get fired, and the erac merry go round will continue. All in the name of "advancement opportunities". |
