Default Re: OT: Is working for Hertz any better?

It is rather funny how you don't address any of the other points made in my post. I guess the remaining statements are valid and remain uncontested.... as my assumption would be since the statements made were factual and did and/or continue to occur. It is pretty unfortunate that people that are fresh out of college choose to jumpstart their career with a company such as ERAC which does nothing more than brainwash them into believing their company holds their golden key. Furthermore, because of the tenure of employees not being as long in HLE, our company has transferred managers from within the company to manage branches and, at times, has also outsourced managers based on the abilities of current management staff at particular locations. It is all about being competitive and continued growth and profitability. ERAC indicates it wants to expand at airport locations. Perhaps because they see the amount of business they have lost and will continue to lose in the suburban market. ERAC's tactics by manipulating contractural agreements with their customers and lack of understanding of an effective business plan and their overall poor customer "no" service, will continue to plague them for probably years to come. They realistically don't stand much of a chance in the airport market either.... simply because the lack of service is evident at any location as well as the lack of vehicles. Therefore, for those of you who read this and the prior posts and responses, feel free to agree and/or disagree, but the fact still remains.... HERTZ and HLE will give ERAC and other competitors a run for their money any time! We continue to be profitable and successful.... and that starts with our front line employees and our understanding of customer retention by satisfying the customer and meeting their car rental needs.
