And... higher ups making more money than those below them and working fewer hours... um... how is this different from any other company? ERAC has its faults (many of them in fact), but seriously... to think that is a fault is just retarded.
Bill Gates made more, and worked fewer hours than any of those under him... he was pretty much set till he decided to leave...
