If there was any doubt how long you were going to keep your car at the time of rental than you should have mentioned that you may need to keep the car for one month, at which point they would have established a monthly rate. You received an average daily rate of ~$18, which is the insurance rate that should be charged for an economy sized car. There are no weekly of monthly rates for insurance rates, just the daily rate. Your so-called "policy" is on the rental contract that you signed stating how much Enterprise was going to charge on a daily basis and weekly basis, which you agreed to by signing the contract. The reality of the situation is that more than likely you misunderstood something and it is obivously the fault of Enterprise (sarcastic) as to your misunderstanding. Although I could try to explain the situation to you, you more than likely wouldn't understand it. Just take it for what it is and move on. You more than likely got a better rate from Enterprise than any other rental agency. |
