I was told by the 17EE HR manager that ERAC has absolutely no say in who gets or doesn't get unemployment. She said the state makes that determination, not ERAC. I begged to differ, but she kept insisting that they have no part in the decision making process. Even when I explained that I'd been there, done that, and won, she said that the laws must have been different then. Yeah. |
