Oh, please, an "endorsement"? Your site is racially and politically oriented and has little to do with actual customer service issues (which, supposedly, this site was developed for). It's become a name calling free-for-all where disgruntled, loser former employees come to vent and make inflammatory remarks about customers, each other, and ERAC. Nothing is ever solved here and it seems that the admin really has no life in order to spend so much time on this site. My suggestion? Wipe out all the threads and start new ones and keep it to topic...i.e., customer service issues and none of the other BS. Keeping it the way it is now reflects poorly on the admin and one tends to lump him in with all the other trailer trash who frequent this site.
