The response I got from my insurance company was "no way." But, I also pay them every month for things like this. Least they could look into the issue a little further. On top of having no oil in the car, they also told me I got water into the engine. I live in Kansas and drove the car on the highway to work and back. I'd have to drive in wheel well deep water to get water in the engine.
