Plus, if they cannot show that the repairs are required as a result of physical damage or lack of maintanence, then the vehicle should be repaired under warranty. If its a lack of maintainence, they should pay. If its physical damage that they can prove, file a claim. Again, Jim is a great guy, honest and fair. I would recommend not waiting for a bill. Call him and set up a face to face before hand. They tend to get irritated when they have to initiate all contact. If you show that you want to work with them, and are actively seeking a resolution, even its completly in your favor, that curtousey will get you a long way!
