This discussion is so stupid without the Admin's thoughts. All I originally wanted was the answer to why go through all this hassle on this site. It's been a couple weeks, and for a guy who checks this site daily, I haven't had an answer.

I've had had idiots answer by calling me an e-monkey, e-chimp, e-primate, e-whatever. Then telling me to go clean out a car or get them whatever type of car. Which is pretty much the dumbest thing I ever heard, because I plainly write that I no longer work at ERAC. So I guess that would make you fine geniuses... e-tards. So just shut the hell up and get to your short bus on time for work at the Best Buy or wherever you the hell you work.

Once again, I'll ask the Admin, why go through all the trouble of setting up and managing this site? Why spend the money on direct mailing advertising and lawyer fees? And since you have stop using ERAC, how has the service been at the other rental car agencies? I know you write that it has been much better, but that was most likely written years ago. Is ERAC competitor's service perfect every time?

I just want to know those few things from the Admin. That's it. They're not hard questions.
