ah yes ... so that is what an "intimidating" tie is all about ... thanks for the info :) ... I don't wear ties since I am female ... but I CAN tell you this about some of the other women that work at erac and dress like sluts !!!! I was appalled to see the blacklace, see-through low cut tops some of the female mt's wear ... what is erac trying to be - a green whorehouse ????
