I agree! The backstabbing, the lying, the general stupidity, the junior high school attitude and ethics, "marriage stops at the door of enterprise", the favoritism and selective rules enforcement were all reasons I almost had a nervous breakdown while working there.
Few could really love working at erac, and if you don't love what you do then you will never be happy.
