That's when you show some creativity by instead saying, "my BM was a fornicating anal orifice". (Even just "a real anal orifice" will do.) We all know what you mean and what words you're thinking, but you're doing it with more class and making some do a little more thinking (not to mention having respect for people who can't get past those words to see the message.) You get the point across even as people who agree with the words you didn't say are chuckling!
