One thing that I NEVER understood about ERAC is that, since they are in the "transportation business" and at the same time pump their employees full with booze at those "happy hours" who then drive off afterwards ... some as far away as 40+ miles ... I was at ONE of those "socials" and was totally disgusted, but moreover perplexed why on earth ??? a company like ERAC would actually support these drinking binges and chance DUI's for their employees ... Oh man, hopefully the event you are talking about is the Christmas party. It is down to perfection. All upper-management personal make an appearance for the typical bullshit, but will exit pretty early in the evening. There are multiple "open bars" all over the place with no need for drink tickets. When its a collection of 5,000+ people it gets out of control. A lot of shit goes down that evening to make an interesting Monday the following week.
