You are rught, the original office hs nothing to do with the accident. It is now in the hands of the Loss control Dept. ( whom it sounds like you have been speking with.) If the Loss Control Dept. is still pushing you off, I agree to ask for the regional VP or Area Manager's number. Get this number by asking for the Admin's tel # and they will connect you from there. Enterprise is a company that will screw anybody over if they can, but once you complain or stand up for yourself, they put their tails between their legs. |
