Re: customer service my ass As much as it sucks to lose personal items, it's not the responsiablity of Enterprise to replace them. If you were in an accident, what happend to to the car? Was it towed? Could somebody have stole your stuff? If the car was not in your posession 100% of the time, how can you blame Enterprise for your missing things? And we pride ourselves on customer service....in fact cannot get promoted without it.... |
