you have to be kidding me she'll "Reconsider" if i do business with her again. Someone please get me this dolt's manager.
I think that's funny to.....being that she used the word "again" and you haven't done any business with her. How is she a "dolt"? You in sales or account management? She is trying to a) send out a feeler to see if have a need and if you do maybe you will use ERAC b) cleaning up non-used, "dead" accounts and c) I think wasting her time with a letter to you because you obviously don't use the service. Why do you honestly care? Companies that sign up for corporate discounts then never use them get letters like this ALL OF THE TIME!! Seriously you are on this website because you received a letter calling you out for signing up for the corporate discount and not using it? Do you actually think that email/letter was written just for you and not a template with your name and the dates dropped in? Don't get me wrong, a phone call would have been much more professional but seriously. Don't you have work to do?
