Received a letter from a Lilly Chu today. She is a corporate account manager at Enterprise. I'm a corporate customer in the franklin office and I got this letter:

Dear,
With the start of 2008, we have recently reviewed your Corporate Class membership with ERAC in the last year. As your company has posted minimum account activity, we would like to inform you that your account will be terminated on Feb 29, 2008.

We Value your patronage and enrollment in our Corporate class program, therefore would also like to inform you that if you have do have upcoming rental needs and feel this termination was done in haste, please do contact us in the corporate accounts department at (978) 929-8450 by February 15, 2008 and we will "Reconsider".

Otherwise, as our Corporate Class Program is free of charge, we would be more than happy to reopen the accountfor you for future discounts with the fulfillment of our minimum rental days requirements.
