I am going to the airport on Saturday, so I will stop by the Hertz desk and will ask all of them how long they have worked for the company, and if they enjoy their work environment.

Now it is going up to 25 years? In Hertz's 1993 annual report(which is the most historical data I could find, Hertz reported 17,950 employees. In their annual report for year ending 2004 Hertz reported 31,400. So in the past 11 years Hertz has grown by aprrox. 13,500 employees, which is about 40% of its workforce. Lets say average tenure for these 13,500 new employees is 5 years. In order to reach your average tenure figure of approx. 20 years, the other 60% of positions that were around pre-1994 would need an average tenure figure of maybe 40 years. Is my math off?
I've given evidence to back up my claim, so now where is your evidence? If you want to check my employment numbers, see sec.gov
