Re: Thanks to this site! I have to say that although I hated most of my time at ERAC, I'm glad I took the job. I left after 2 years as an assistant mgr and my current employer at least thought that I was somebody for being in mgmt at such a "prestigous" company. I left ERAC for 10 hours less per week and a 32% pay raise. Don't get me wrong, I made some good friends while at ERAC and had some good times but then my mgr got promoted to a bigger branch and they brought in a bi-polar lesbian chic and for the next 6 months my life was hell. The point of that story is that who your mgr is makes all the difference in the world for your ERAC career. |
