I agree with pretty much all of that .. I worked in 2 branches up north (rather not say where) .. both with great BM's and Asst. mgrs. who are still my friends to this day while I am long gone from ERAC ! .... I was treated well and with respect, especially so by the BM in the 2nd branch ... a real sweetheart of a person as well as Asst. Mgr. T. whom I really liked and respected/still do ! While the turnover is no less up north, people leave because they have "done their resume time" with ERAC, were ready to move on and did ... even my "departure" from ERAC was done on a very friendly, congenial basis (at a major US airport) and I am comfortable to stop back anytime to say "Hi" and !!!!!!!!!!! pity their souls sold to green hell ...
