But to answer your question, yes, there are lots or break-ups and hook-ups caused by ERAC. There's a lot of sick and perverted shit that goes on behind the scenes everywhere in the company -- but that should be expected once you know the truth about the company.
ERAC is a front (or shell) organization, the car rental thing and the car sales and the flip dollars basically keep the lights on and the A/C running in the offices. ERAC makes over 95% percent of its revenue from its core business: a wholly owned vertical channel dedicated to the production, distribution, and sales of gay porn. They let you in on this tidbit once you hit level III (Area Manager) -- that's why they're all guys (Feldstein threatened to go public, that's why she made it). What the hell else do you think people at admin do all day? And that's why there are so many branches -- lots of different locations for video shoots after hours. And what of all the girls who work there? -- the best damn fluffers in the industry, man, the best!
I'm sorry you had to find out this way, but if you think about it, it all makes sense, and all the pieces fit together.
