You have just proven my point. If you can't take my "constructive" criticism, how do you expect others to take yours, especially when you're a car tech? There is a vast difference between arrogantly crossing the line and assertively addressing and offering a solution to the problem.
Other than that, I do agree with you how Enterprise is run. It's not a great professional working environment, that's for sure. You asked if you have grounds for a lawsuit, I'm just letting you know where your position stands.
