You have the option to not donate to that corrupt charity at all. But they will try to shame you into giving by whatever tactic they feel is necessary whether it be guilt trips, presentations, "real life stories" etc. They cannot legally fire you or even reprimand you for not choosing to participate, but don't be surprised if ERAC would try to make your working life miserable in other ways. |
