Re: What is Wrong With Enterprise I like it? Hello everyone! Well I am in a little better mood today however I am still highly convinced there is no future for me at Enterprise. Let me elaborate why. When I started as an MT I was told as soon as you are an Assistant you will be making 45,000 a year and then in 6 months you will get promoted to Manager and make 60-75k and then area manager and you will make 120-150k, bla blab la and on. Now here is the problem I have, I kicked serious but as an MT and I am not talking a little a lot! I made a good income as an MT. Then I got promoted to Assistant Manager wahoooo here comes the 45k baby NOT!!!!!! As a mater of fact I took the previous 5 months pay as an Assistant and compared it with my first 5 months as an MT and let me tell you how much more I am making! 45 your absolutely right 45 dollars more over almost a half a year not 45k 45 dollars. Wohhh WTF this can’t be right. Now here is the kicker I found one of my boss pay checks oh ya, the Manager you know the 60-70k ya his ytd was more then mine by 450 dollars. So let me get this straight they lied to my about the Assistant Managers pay, they lied to me about the Managers pay, now am I to believe that they are telling me the truth about everyone else pay? Oh wait but my pay checks suck because I am not performing. Well if this company is based of performance then why is my percentage the exact same as the Assistant before me who just barely got promoted, if when I got promoted I was the most qualified individual that applied? We are based of performance right? Wrong that is something they say at the beginning to give you hope and something they use against you when you get promoted. I just don’t know what to think anymore I was filled with hopes and dreams, purpose and passion I did everything I was supposed to everything I needed to where did it all go? Why I am I changing, why is my attitude horrible what happened to my big picture. I found the big picture and it only turned out to be a 3 x 5 and that just SUCKS! |
