NO loyality @ ERAC. It's really sad when your City Manager throws you under the bus. Nothing like saving your own ass. I would really love for St. Louis to check what is going on in the Bluegrass. People are getting promoted with false numbers and skrew your boss equals promotion. Top performers suddenly gone. Managers are scared that today will be their last day if they ask questions. Loyality to career doesn't matter. |
