Default Re: region D casualities

As one of the people on this list I feel obligated to inform those who are unware of why region D is and has gone to shit. Incase you're unaware Enterprise has become filled with false promises and has become extremely political. Don't get me wrong, I understand that business is highly political but give me a break! Just take a look at this...

Are ARM robots now? Who stole their brains? Does it seem like everything coming out of their mouths would be something Nick Booras would say? That's because region D has become an extreme dictatorship with retard Nick Booras leading the way. If McCarthy ran the show it would be a different story.

What happened to building your payplan? It doesn't exsist anymore. 4 months ago they're talking about firing all the porters. Excellent idea Nick, let's fire half our staff and without hesitation, us whiteshirts will just pick up the slack for the same pay... oh wait! we'll save more money by fubbing numbers (because we don't know how they're calculated) like flip, personnel, overhead,
and whatever else they can shave dollars off your paycheck.

Vacation days... sure as a level 2 they give you a ton of them. But DONT use them because your whole office suffers. Try running an office on a Monday with just you and your porter... your ARM is no where to be found, you have no cars (I'll get to that one in a minute) and eventually there goes all your numbers. One day is all it takes without a properly staffed office to kill your esqi. Get a replacement system or pay me more money!

Try running a McDonalds with no hamburger patties! How are you suppose to properly and effectively "Grow and Get Paid" without cars!? I don't care how much harder remarketing's job would be if we added cars into fleet. There are 3 people in remarketing and over 100+ people in daily rental. Don't get me wrong, I loved losing accounts and dealerships because once upon a time we said that we would always deliever vehicles to our priority accounts, however we never had cars or knew where to find them. And before any of you say, "you obviously didn't run your business properly" I ran my office the best I could with what I had to work with.

Lastly, have you ever taken a step back to realize you rent cars for a living? Nothing says, "I'm a baller" like a rental car guy.

My advice... put in your time, get to a level 2 and start looking. Take advantage of your ERAC MBA and go where the money is. Employers love ERAC people and you can get a job doing almost anything! try going on an interview... it's a joke, you're a shoe-in.

I'd be more than happy to elaborate on more if you really want to know. I'm tried of typing.
