3. What roles do you see urself filling in our company and clarify what degree of retardation you currently see urself at.

First of all, I was not even going to respond to this idiocracy because I am pretty sure who it was that wrote this. However, since Region D has now completely tanked, and this person probably has quit or been fired, I am posting a rebuttal.
To start things off, I would like to point out the grammatical errors that litter this post. You even spelled "retarded" wrong amongst many other simple words. Now I understand you don't have much time to proofread your work because Mrs. Carter needs that Aveo clean and ready to go by 3:00PM, but writing like that makes YOU look like the one with the mental deficiency. Of course, continuing to work at ERAC not only exacerbates this (makes things worse), but also shows that you are just what they want in their workforce – the non thinking “Yes Man” if you will. I will give you credit for pointing out the fact that I continue to post on this site after being gone for quite some time now. There are really two reasons for this. For one, I never got the exit interview I was promised, so this is my way of venting and educating others about working for this company. Second, and most importantly, this site is entertaining not only to me but my co-workers as well. Yes, I got a new job lined up BEFORE I left Enterprise, and guess what? It pays more money and is a 40 hour work week. The extra hours I have are spent with my significant other, family, friends, running and at the gym where I am at now at 6% body fat while weighing more than I did at ERAC. This not only helps differentiate me from the typical ERAC worker but also will enable me to do my other new job well, which starts very soon. It involves in many cases running after and “picking up” the typical ERAC customer. I will give you a call if I have to impound any of your cars, and I will do my best to get it back to you, so the branch doesn’t sit too heavy. In fact, I’ll even give the customer a free upgrade to a full size Ford Crown Victoria.
