I went through the unemployment route about 7 years ago, and they fought it all the way to arbitration. I eventually won, as I had everything documented (that's my tip--document EVERYTHING!! dates, times, people spoken with, etc)...only crappy thing was I was let go a month from my 5 year anniversary (typical cheap bastards). |
